Note: Costs will be dependent on where you are located and what your municipality zoning laws are.

  • Planning / Zoning costs – including possible site study, traffic study
  • Office spaces – the actual rooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Waiting area – reception
  • Storage spaces
  • Walls
  • Fire-rated doors
  • Insulation
  • Electrical / light fixtures
  • HVAC, ductwork, ceilings, registers
  • Flooring
  • Alarm, sprinkler, fire
  • Commercial entry door(s)
  • ADA compliance costs
  • External handicapped access

Options for using us

Benchmark serves as your project manager. We oversee and ensure that plans made by another company are executed fully.  Our fee is 10% of the project costs.

Steel fences / Wrought iron work

 

Metal iron fences can be seen all over the city of Chicago.

Salt and the weather make them rust.  That too can be seen all over the city.

What we do

Benchmark grinds down the rust, getting rid of it.

Then we prime and paint them, making them look new again.

If some pieces are too rusted out, we remove them with a welder and apply new metal, welding them together.
